ORDERING:
Orders can be placed by phone, fax, mail, or e-mail, in English or Spanish, Please specify quantityordered, and item numbers for each subject you are ordering.

Prices shown are list prices and subject to change based on trade discount. All shipments FOB our plant.

TERMS:
Before credit approval, FIRST ORDER must be paid with any of the following methods : company check, credit card, wire transfre, cash or money order. After credit approval, Net 30 day terms will apply.

MINIMUM ORDERS:
Minimun order $700.00.
No C.O.D orders will be accepted.

FREIGHT POLICIES:
Shipments will be made in the most expedient and economical way possible, Generally, smaller orders shipped in the U.S.A. and Canada will have a small freight fee prepaid, shipping is added to the invoice, Of course, we can use any carrier you specify.

FREIGHT CLAIMS:
Since all prices ar quoted FOB our plant, tittle to the product passes to the buyer when it is picked up by freightcarrier, For this reason, it is Gold American Art's responsibility to file any freight claims.

IMPORTANT:
REJECT/SHORTAGE CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
